Simon Says Goodbye :(

We send our sincerest condolences to the Uhl family on the loss of Iroki Faridaat Simon Says ‘Simon’. Simon passed away this morning at the age of 12 despite appearing to be in great health/shape. He apparently had a seizure and was gone within moments.

Simon was from the first Faridaat litter born in 1998 and was predeceased by his mother Jenny (16), father Darby (12), brothers Domino & Quin and sister Nyssa. Domino passed away unexpectedly March ’09 at age 10. Quin and Nyssa never had a chance to really live as they both suffered freak accidental deaths before 1yr of age. Simon was the last of this somewhat ill-fated litter. We know he will be sorely missed by all who loved him. Rest easy dear boy.

Ice & Nice

Rahz pulled lumbar and groin muscles on the left side while out playing in the icy dog yard a week ago. After a week of anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants he appears to back to his usual obnoxious male puppy self!

Warren sent this photo of Faridaat Eo Santana Beatrix (Santana Blackbird x Melik Gulshen) at 2yrs of age, co-bred and owned by Warren/Vicky Cook (USA). Photo by http://www.mydogphoto.com/
